Does the grinding tool have a machined edge? Raw rough-cut edges can be dangerous.
Is the pitch supplied ‘raw quality’ which will need hours of cooking and straining before it is suitable for use? We only supply our ‘Highest quality’ pitch, made to our own formula and used in our factory polishing department.
